Tasks: Planning and realization of a customer relationship management (CRM) system to enhance customer care by integrating multiple systems. Responsible as a technical decision-maker and developer for the software implementation. Point of contact for technical inquiries from all employees. Development of npm libraries, including a component library following the Atomic Design prin- ciples for all necessary UI components in the corporate design with company-wide utilization. Creation of a security library to handle security-related tasks for all enterprise applications. Development of a CRM library for the implementation of multiple CRM applications (customer CRM, sales CRM, and broker CRM)

Purpose: Support the client in all major decisions to make for the whole system and many subprojects. Including, technology, resource planning and design decisions.

Tasks: Implemented a book QR code scanner and created a frontend on Raspberry Pi, which was made available through the Chrome Kiosk mode. The scanned ID was used to facilitate the borrowing and return of books through an API.

Purpose: QR Code Scanner for a library.

Tasks: Creation of web applications for generating tasks for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Provision of REST APIs for communication with the RPA database.

Purpose: Development of a REST API for Another Monday’s proprietary tools, enabling customers to create their own robots. Performance of various database migrations for API installation. Estimation of project effort.
