5. Cookies & Tracking

5.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-SS9KNF9ZVE) provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics sets cookies and transmits usage data to Google servers. IP anonymisation is enabled. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Data transfer to the USA is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Data collected: page views, time on page, device type, referrer. Retention: 14 months. Opt-out: you can withdraw your consent at any time via the consent banner or by deleting the cheveo-cookie-consent entry in your browser's LocalStorage.

5.2 Meta Pixel (Facebook)

We use the Meta Pixel (Pixel ID: 1005303968736335) provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. The pixel tracks page views and interactions for the purpose of reach measurement and ad optimisation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Data transfer to the USA is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Opt-out: same as Google Analytics via the consent banner or LocalStorage.

5.3 Vercel Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel Analytics collects anonymised page views without cookies and without personal data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in website optimisation).

5.4 Cal.com (Booking)

We use Cal.com (Cal.com Inc.) for appointment booking. When you use the booking form, the data you enter (name, email, preferred time) is transmitted directly to Cal.com.
